Commission a piece.

By submitting a commission request, you agree to the following terms:

• You have the necessary rights or permissions to use any character designs, references, and materials provided for the commission.
• Please provide complete and accurate references, requirements, and details before the project begins.
• Any additional requests or significant changes after the project has started must be discussed first and may require additional fees.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

• Payments can be made either 100% upfront or through a 50/50 payment plan.
• For the 50/50 payment plan, 50% is paid before the project begins, and the remaining 50% must be paid before the final files are delivered.
• If you need a different payment arrangement, feel free to discuss it with me. Alternative payment plans may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Work will begin once the agreed initial payment has been received.
• All prices and additional fees will be confirmed before the commission begins, except for additional requests or changes made during the project. Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before the requested work proceeds.

• The estimated turnaround time (TAT) will be specified in each commission's product description or project details.
• The timeline may vary depending on the complexity, workload, and commission type.
• Any significant changes to the estimated timeline will be communicated to the client.

Commission workflow:

1. Sketch — Initial composition, pose, and concept.
2. Lineart / Cutting — Clean linework or preparation and separation of artwork layers, depending on the commission type.
3. Coloring — Applying the character's colors and overall color palette.
4. Rendering — Final shading, lighting, details, and polishing.
5. Animation / Rigging — Animation or rigging, only if included in the selected commission package.

Progress updates and previews may be shared throughout the process.

• Revisions are available according to the details specified in the selected commission package.
• Please provide clear and consolidated feedback during the relevant production stage.
• Major changes to previously approved stages may require additional fees.
• Requests outside the originally agreed scope must be discussed before proceeding.
• Any errors caused by me that do not match the approved commission details will be corrected without additional charges.

• All commission payments are non-refundable once payment has been made.
• Refunds are not offered for changes of mind, personal circumstances, or decisions to stop using the commissioned artwork.
• Clients are encouraged to review all commission details, references, and requirements carefully before making a payment.
• Any payment disputes or concerns should be communicated directly so we can discuss a resolution.

• Commissions with a requested deadline earlier than the standard turnaround time are considered rush orders.
• Rush orders are subject to an additional 100% fee based on the commission's base price.
• Rush requests are accepted depending on availability and project complexity.
• A rush deadline is only guaranteed once it has been explicitly reviewed and accepted.

• Commissions requiring a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or complete confidentiality are subject to an additional 100% fee based on the commission's base price.
• NDA commissions will not be publicly displayed, shared, or used in my portfolio without the client's permission, in accordance with the agreed confidentiality terms.
• Privacy requirements must be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.

• Clients may use the commissioned artwork for the purposes agreed upon during the commission process.
• Commercial usage rights, redistribution, resale, or other additional usage permissions must be discussed and approved in advance.
• The artwork may not be claimed as the client's own original creation.
• Credit to Amaneaya (@amaneayaa) is greatly appreciated whenever the artwork is displayed publicly.
• Copyright ownership and any transfer of rights must be explicitly agreed upon in writing.

• Final files will be delivered in the formats specified in the selected commission package.
• For installment payments, the remaining balance must be completed before the final files are delivered.
• Additional file formats, source files, or modifications not included in the original package may require additional fees.
• Please review the delivered files and report any technical issues related to the agreed deliverables.
